Strange Laws from all over the world!

Once again I will visit the idea of strange laws but this time I am not limiting the post to the USA this time I will discuss laws from all over the world.

I'm going start off in a country close to home and that is England. All I am going to say for this is to be careful when sending a letter or a package because you will be punished if the Queen is upside down on the stamp.

In France if a doll does not have a human face it is prohibited to be sold This means that no E.T doll merchandise could be sold.

Portugal is a very popular holiday destination and many people go there to enjoy the beaches. That is why they decided that it should be illegal to relieve yourself in the sea. The idea behind it is very good but maybe parents should look out for their kids while swimming. You never know if a person of the law is on the look out.

In Victoria, Australia a light bulb may only be changed by a licensed electrician. It is against the law otherwise.

In Singapore, it is against the law to sell or consume chewing gum.

In Israel, picking your nose on a Sunday is prohibited. I'm guessing it is okay to pick it any other day of the week though!

If your car registration plate ends with a one or a two in the Philippines you are not allowed out on the road at certain times.  For example between seven and eight pm on a Thursday.

Finally, in Switzerland if you leave your keys in the car and it locks itself you will be punished for it.I think that this  is just a little bit unfair for forgetful people but a law is a law!
